Decided I wanted to challenge myself and practise the art of Macro Photography today and know now that Wind plus Macro don’t really go hand in hand. I put the 20mm Extension tube on with my 17-50 lens and left home without my bag and tripod, it did feel strange leaving my gear behind. Next time I try Macro in the Park, I’ll take along a Flash and the tripod just in case. There’s some pretty cool textures that required a steady hand or shoot with the ISO cranked up(not the best for noise). Whilst walking around this place I’ve been keeping an eye on the Sun’s light/path and what areas would make an ideal setting for Portraits. Hopefully my model comes through tomorrow and I can have a real go at turning out a decent result.
Hopefully it’s not too wet this weekend and I get in a Seascape or Two, maybe another go at Time Lapse Photography and one Portrait session.
