Not much to write home about today on the Photography front, conditions still a little windy to get out and really give a good go at shooting Macro. Rain’s been forecast for the next 7 days and I have my first Portrait session coming up later on this week. I do have a plan A and B plus C in case of rain. More to come.
So I’ve been sitting around playing with light, researching light, re-reading the Strobist site and then I decided to whack on my 20mm Extension Tube and see if I could get a decent enough Portrait of my Eye. Not the easiest thing to do so I might try this on someone else one day
Been brushing up on Photoshop techniques and I know what I want as my end result – maybe not the right images to use? If you know your way around Displacement maps and know of some decent tutorials, let me know.
